Austen Dor Terms & Conditions
When orders are placed, a full payment is taken at the time of the purchase.
Because each one of our garments are custom made specifically for you, we cannot offer full refunds. However, we are 100% committed to working with you until you are fully satisfied. The buyer has 7 days to notify Austen Dor of any error regarding their garment. We will do our very best to guarantee a customer's preferred fit and customizations. Austen Dor will make the full and final decisions when determining if there was an error in the production or measurement of a garment. Austen Dor does not offer refunds on garments that have been altered or remade.
However, all ties, bow ties, cufflinks, and pocket squares can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as they have not been worn and with a valid receipt.
Delivery dates are subjected to 4-6 weeks are estimated and are not fully guaranteed. In the event of your order is delayed due to the circumstances beyond Austen Dor control, such as fabric delay or any items out of stock, reserves the right to deliver the items that are available and will notify the buyer for the remaining items. Austen Dor will attempt to contact you and arrange delivery once your order is in stock.
Your acceptance to the merchandise that is delivered to you confirms your acknowledgement of and satisfaction with the delivered merchandise. Any questions, concerns, or disputes concerning the delivered garments must be communicated to Austen Dor in writing, no longer than 7 days of product was delivered. Austen Dor is not obligated to issue any refund or make any alterations that relates to an issue first raised after the 7 day period.
